Yes. QuoteGenio is mobile-first, so you can create and send quotes directly from your phone while you're with a client.

Your business name, your contact details, and a rough idea of the line items you want on the quote. You can fill in the rest as you go. Adding your logo and banking details takes another minute and makes every future quote look more polished.

Yes. You can add clients one at a time as you quote them, or paste in a CSV with names, emails, and phone numbers if you want everyone in at once. Most tradespeople build the client list up naturally as jobs come in.

It is built primarily for trades like plumbers, electricians, builders, roofers, and HVAC technicians, but freelancers, designers, agencies, consultants, cleaners, landscapers, and any service business that quotes and invoices can use it just as easily.

The Free plan gives you 5 quotes and 2 invoices per month at no cost. The Premium plan is R165 a month and unlocks unlimited quotes, invoices, statements, and reports.

Once you reach your limit, you can upgrade to Premium to continue creating quotes. Your existing quotes and data remain available.

Yes. You can send quotes via WhatsApp, email, or link even on the free plan.

No. You can stay on the free plan as long as you like and upgrade only when you need more quotes.

Yes. There are no contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties. If you cancel you drop back to the free plan and keep all your data.

Not currently. Premium is a flat R165 a month, billed monthly. We keep it simple so you do not have to commit to a year up front.

If you upgrade and decide Premium is not for you, email support within 14 days for a full refund. After that you can cancel any time and stop being billed from the next cycle.

Premium is billed in USD on a global card. Inside the app you can issue quotes and invoices in any of the currencies we support (USD, GBP, EUR, ZAR, AUD, NZD, CAD, and more), independent of how you pay us.

Yes. Set a deposit as a percentage or a fixed amount on the quote. Once accepted, convert just the deposit portion into a deposit invoice, and the balance into a final invoice when the work is done.

The interface is English-only for now. AI quote generation works best in English but understands basic prompts in other languages and outputs in English.

Not directly. We do not process payments. Your invoice carries your banking details so the client pays into your account by EFT, bank transfer, or whatever payment link you include. You mark the invoice paid once the money lands.

Yes. Paste any payment link you use (PayPal, Stripe checkout, SnapScan, Payfast, Wise) into your invoice and it shows as a tap-to-pay button to the client.

Yes. Add your bank name, account number, branch, and any reference instructions in your settings. They appear on every invoice automatically.
